Training is experiential and participant
focused. All modules are facilitated using a
variety of techniques including lecture
(minimum), small group exercises,
instrumentation, case studies, role playing, and
assessments. |

Transition into Management
Learn the
role of the first line supervisor/manager and how it
has changed over the last ten years. Topics include
the multiple hats of a first line supervisor,
avoiding the land mines of the transition process,
and identifying boundary and authority limits.
Discover how to build an effective work relationship
with new peers, new subordinates, and your manage.

Resolution
Explore the steps
